Old Town Towers

Building Description

Old Town Towers may look a bit old fashioned and run down outside but indoors it's the picture of modern marvels. The lobby has marble flooring and ancient paintings line the walls. The paint is never chipped, the workers are never disheveled, and there is the option to have the management furnish apartments before you move in. It would seem a rather upscale place to live for an unbelievable rent. The whole thing of course...is that some say the place is haunted. The management neither confirms nor denies this fact.

The main floor is complete with a commons room, exercise space and an art gallery of sorts. A room filled with antiques, some say from the Baptiste family itself. The lobby has a small management area where tenants can go if they have questions or complaints. Mail boxes are also located to the left of the main entrance.

Floors two through nine are all apartments. There are ten to a floor, four of which are two bedroom apartments where the rest are one bedroom. All floor plans are spacious and worth far more then their actual rent price is. Floors ten through eleven are condos, four to a floor. There are also two floors of condos below ground....but not everyone knows about those floors. The condos are far more expensive in price and tend to be reserved for those with money to spend or more then one or two living with them.

Floor twelve is reserved for the owners of the Towers, The Baptiste family. The top floor, floor thirteen, is where the pool and the towers garden are located. A sauna and spa are paired with the pool as well. The thirteenth floor isn't for the superstitions sorts however.

Apartments and condos here at the Old Town Towers are a steal for anyone that can stand to live their past the first few nights…

Notes

•Not everyone in game has to live at this building. It is simply a way for closer interaction between characters and players in a large city.
•Vampire characters living on main floors can get tinted windows by request to help with the sunlight.
•Many supernatural characters live at these apartments because they are rich in magical energies which many feel more comfortable around and they know it is owned by supernatural kind.
•Many humans live here at the apartments because it is tied to the old Seattle underground, making it a historical building of sorts which many are interested in. Not every human that lives in the building can sense its supernatural edge. Many simply think they are living in an everyday apartment that simply has a few more years on it then many others.
•The Condos are for those that are very rich or have high numbers of people living with them. If it is a large family the Towers will make exceptions on the rent and tend to lower it a bit. But for the rich the price stays high, especially for the topmost condos.
•If you have questions on the apartment please contact the mods.
